Hi! My name is Max, and I am a kMS player. Recently, Spadow has quit blogging… at first I started this blog to supplement his, but now I try my best to post information that he would post! I hope my blog is informative and can help you figure out what is new in MapleStory!
In kMS, I play in the 컬버린 (Culverin) server. I am a junior in the EllinForest alliance! My main character is a 20X Bowmaster whose in-game name is Mysteriously. If you play kMS, don’t be afraid to buddy me, I’ll be happy to accept and add you to our alliance if you need~
I am a bit cash obsessed. I love making NX outfits, and all of my characters have their own full and unique set! I should really spend some money on cubes… Another thing about me is that I am an avid chair and medal collector! You can see them on the My Collections page~

Hey max i just watched a video of a lvl 147 Mercedes hitting 100k+ dmg with Ishtar ring. and im starting to feel sad about my archer because my hurricane doesn’t even hit close to that. idk i just got to lvl 120 so i might be wrong. Im just sad becus archers are my fav class and i dun wanna see them disappearing. How much avg dmg do u do per hit while using hurricane?
I hit…. way less than that lol.

Hey Max, I play GMS and I’m going to be storing up some scrolls for Mercedes. I was wondering if their weapons are considered 2handed or 1handed(since maples been having tons of events with general scrolls for 1h/2h not specifics)
Naturally I thought they’d be 2 handed but some people argue that it it’s 1handed(since it only takes up 1 slot in the equip inventory).
So can you please clear that up for me?

Hey Max, I have 2 questions: one about kMS, one about blog design.
1. What happens when you use a cash shop cover on a dual bowgun. Does it say “all weapoons but guns, knucklers, and dual bowguns” or does it show two of the item. Or are there specific ones for dual bowguns.
2. how do you get only a picture of an orange mushroom in your banner? I wanna put some BannedStory/Went my Way characters in my banner, and I don’t know what the size is either. Would I like make the characters in a program to the right side and then put that on top of the banner and make it PNG? or is there a “insert image into banner” option.
Please help and thanks for answering! Love your blog, and can’t wait for the Demon Slayer storyline post.

I think right now the only Cash item that covers dual bowguns is the Sachiel/Janus weapons which just came out, and I’m not sure what they look like, sorry :S
Okey doke! Luckily, I’m pretty sure I like the appearance of the dual bowguns (all of them, especially the level 40, 70, and 120 one), so I’ll be fine.
Question 2: How much is the set that gives the Mercedes hairpiece and cape, and is it permanent? I wanna get it for my Mercedes and it’ll be my main and part of my look.
Ah, so the black and white wings weren’t out? I wondered why I saw them in GMS and not in the actual game, unless they took it out for a while…

Nexon said the reorganization update of thieves and pirates was postponed until a later date. I don’t know when it will come, but it definitely will!

The highest level ones he sells are bronze and adamantium, and he sells all the ores lower level than those.

Now that GMS is start getting close getting Jump patch, there has been a question about Dark Knight new 4th job skill, Dark Imaple. The question is usually revolve around the speed of the this new skill on difference weapon speed. Is it possible to have somebody youtube a Dark Knight running through roughly 2mins for each of the following scenario, it doesn’t have to attack anything, so people can actually count the number of attack per minute.
1. fast or normal speed weapon doing crusher
2. slow speed weapon doing crusher
3. fast or normal speed weapon doing Dark Impale
4. slow speed weapon doing Dark Impale

Hi max. i would like to know the formula for AP+HP/MP & AP-HP/MP for pirate brawler right now in kms. and also the mp increase per level. and is it true that non-mage jobs’ int. no longer affect their max MP? do you know? thx.

1) Do u think or know if there is chance that there wil be more game revamp like bigbang and the game will return to the BBB? I mean that they will cancel the the EXP curve and more thing ruined the game?
2)What do u like more? The old game before the first curve or the modern game after all bigbang and those updates?

max, do you think you can do me a favor and make a final update page in regards to the thief and pirate revamps. there is alot of confusion as what certain skills do, and this only concerns shadower, but a major question that keeps popping up in gms is how do killing points work and what skills do you use to obtain the points.

oh and also if u know anything could u please post about the 5th hero cuz theres been alot of talk that its a pirate class and its apperant name is Lotus
Lotus is not the name of the 5th hero. First of all, that’s Orca (Orchid)’s twin’s name, who is already a member of the Black Wings and featured in the Phantom storyline. Secondly, Lotus is called Su in kMS, and gMS will not change the name of an entire job.
max i have a question. when the black mage will be deafeted in the storyline it means maple return to pre BB? and how much time do u think till he will be deafeted in the storyline?
I don’t think he’ll ever be defeated, haha. And definitely not, even if we defeat him, it will not return to pre Big Bang. It will most likely be a raid you can do more than once anyways, like … every other boss. :P

I doubt it, the game’s already very easy as it is. What I’d like is a quest revamp though, to make them actually give good experience :o

I don’t know if you’re aware of this, but according to people, the Empress boss has been glitched in GMS ever since it’s release (you get kicked upon killing it, whether you are a hacker or not)
so my questions are.. was it also occurring in KMS? And if so, has it been fixed?

It is also glitched in kMS I believe, as if not, we’d have tons of cheap Empress weapons (like JMS).

A guy just told me that the Empress glitch was resolved come the DS or Ark patch in KMS. I trust your word on this matter more than I’d trust his, since you play there, but then again you didn’t sound too sure about it

Hm.. I had a question about when they nerfed Phantom, because I’m noticing something in GMS right now, and figured the original thread was too old for this so..
I was wondering, did they add something to the effect of not being able to assign two skills at the same time that have a similar ability.. like say, damage reductions such as magic guard and power guard? The game won’t let me put those two together now.. but they didn’t have any details about skill changes or etc. in GMS’ patches, so.. yeah~
